A 1929-42 Blue Willow transfer-printed jug bearing the classic willow pattern scene of pagoda, bridge, trees, and boat in deep cobalt on an off-white background.
Allertons were a Longton, Staffordshire pottery established in 1831.
This piece carries a wonderful patina! Beautiful.
Condition: Crazing throughout the glaze, with light staining that has developed with age.
Dimensions: 13.5 cm wide including spout and handle x 13 cm high
