Vintage ECC Handkerchief Glass Pendant Shade with Amber Rim
A pretty vintage pendant shade in hand-blown glass, made in the handkerchief style with a softly ruffled hem that falls like draped fabric caught at a single point. The body is clear glass with a gentle ribbed shoulder, opening out into a wavy frill finished with a warm band of amber along the edge.
It comes with its original brass fittings and chain, retailed in New Zealand through ECC.
This shade needs to be rewired by an electrician before use (we can arrange this for you at an additional cost through our electrician, so please get in touch to ask) or you can use a modern pendant fitting.
Condition: Good vintage condition. The glass is clear and bright with no chips or cracks visible. Some light spotting noted on the brass ceiling rose, consistent with age. Original brass fittings and chain present. Requires rewiring before use.
Dimensions: Approx 23cm diameter x 19cm high.
