A glorious cupboard ft. internal solid wood shelving and drawers. Hand carved bows, vases with flowers are set within a decorative border flanking the mirror. The drawers feature half wreaths with carved bows alongside flowers and foliage. The mirror has aged beautifully and has a gorgeous patina.
We have replaced the modern handles that came with the piece, with vintage brass hardware. The piece has also been waxed with a natural beeswax.
Condition: Solid condition for its age, with some modern bracing applied behind the drawers (not visible unless you remove the drawers completely). At some point this piece was painted and has been sanded back to wood. There is the odd mark and scuff, to be expected with the age of this piece. The mirror is original and features patination. It potentially had a third piece on top at some stage (possibly another shorter cupboard).
